When i had been to purchase the MTS 3G CDMA Dongle i was said that it works at a speed of 3.1Mbps. . But No Ways.. It doesnt even Work at a few Kbps. . Even After using IDM i could hardly witness a speed of around 30Kbps....MTS SERVICE PROVIDERS please do help me !!! MTS is not giving Satisfactory results!! Maintain ur publicity and Fame too!!

@MTS its been a month I am keep complaining about it and how the hell you can tell me to come down rather than helping your customer you put them on hold and keep them waiting and for your information you guys dont even have a toll free number so I have almost wasted more then 200 rs just calling you since then.. If you guys cant provide such speed why the hell you promise that? You need your payment on time if fail to do that you keep calling us for the payment so why the hell you cant provide the speed that you have committed.

I have made the biggest mistake of my life buying MTS blaze this fucking product and their owners were assure me that I will get the 3.1 mbps of speed at the time and it works fine till I have not paid my bill and after paying bills they decrease my speed like anything sometime this fucking product disconnected like that and takes lots of time to connect.. Never go with this fucking product fuck you MTS.. you guys should suck the coke of relince or photon they guys are way better than you I have been using your this fucking product and I just got irritted frustrated due to his speed and the way it works... FUCK YOU MTS..tradder two

due to traffic this speed might decrease.

I have been using mts for almost three months now and its clearly states the downloading speed is 3.1 mbps but i get trasfer rate of 60-100 kbps which is really frustrating i should atleast get 300-380 kbps transfer rate but in peak hours it drops to 20 kbps i am highly disappointed in mts services i hope thy will soon do something!!

the MTS connevtion for Mblaze has slowed down to a dead stop for the past week, It shows hybrid and the bars but the web pages open ata speed of 1kbps, which is stupid ,after a week of waiting you better get it working in 24 hours or im going to file a complain in consumer court, or take back your device and give back my money for the device.

With lot of expectations i had bought MTS mBlaze, how ever it has been a horrible experience so far. I feel like an absolute fool. I have never got speed greater than 56 - 60 Kbps, forget about 3.1!! In spite of unlimited plans of 798 without any data use
I have contacted customer support however their response is even slower.
I had a TATA photon previously which was much better with speeds of over 2Mbps any time.
I am very disgruntled with this poor and absolute pathetic show, these sort of cheap antics will only cost you valuable customers. And i know that i will be told the same recorded replies!!
I hope this rings any bells and hope for a resolve.

Using an unlimited plan 999 untill,. first month i get an speed at 60kbps of 30gb,.from next month it gives only an 10 gb @ 60kbps balance @ 14kbps,.

Why they are doing like that,. they can make a 30 gb @ 60kbps at 30 day's validity,. if we use @ 25 day's we can recharge from 26'th day,.

It's like one type of cheating

I bought your MTS data card on 26th April 2012, with plan having 3.1MBS speed as promised.
Verification is done on 28th April.
From that onwards i'm not getting 3.1MBS and getting only 100-150KBS SPEED... I have contacted your customer care but still my problem is the same.....
I have been told that i would get proper speed from 1st of may, since your billing cycle is from 1st to 1st,,, from 28th to 30th i was given 600MB usage with again 100-15-kbs speed....

My data card speed issue is still not rectified,,,i'm in a urgent need to use internet regarding my studies..

If your company make false statements to your customers then how can you guyz expect postive feedbacks from customers and good reputation of your company ......

I dont know why if your company cant provide better services then atleast dont make fools of us.

Recently I bought MTS Mblaze and it was activated on 17 april 2012.I was told that I will get upto 3.1 Mbps speed.But after one week I am getting only around 100kbps.When I called Customer Care they told me that my connection was activated in the middle of the month so I can not get speed higher than 144 kbps.MTS is making fool of customers.I have Rs. 899 Unlimited Plan.What kind of unlimited plan is this,speed decreases from "Upto" 3.1 Mbps to 144 kbps?

Hello, I have recently purchased a MTS blaze dongle and was surprised to see that i am getting a very very low speed, this isn't according to the specification the company has told. This is very sad and shameful for a branded company. I will watch for some more time if the same problem persist i would recommend all my friends and colleagues to not to use MTS.
